Tube of Choice. I'm using the art of KiwiFireStorm. You can purchase his art here.
Texture of Choice. I'm using this one here.
Animation of Choice. I'm using the Mist animation by Lovey. You can find it at the bottom of this post here.
Font of choice. I'm using Weltron and Shit Happens.

It is assumed you have working knowledge of Photoshop. This tutorial was written in CS5.

Open a new image with the dimensions of 625x225. Name the image "Tag"
Open your tube of choice, copy and paste it into the tag. Name that layer "Tube"
Open your texture and copy and paste it under the tube layer. Name it "background".
Create a new layer above the tube layer. Name it "Frame". Select all, modify border of 8 px. Flood fill that area with black. Do this a few times so that you have a clean line.
Add a stroke to the frame layer of 3 px using a color from your tube.
Create another layer between the tube and frame layer. Using your Rectangle Marquee tool, draw a rectangle out across the middle of the tag. Invert and flood fill with black. Deselect.
In the Layer Style window, drop the advanced blending down to 50% and add a stroke that is the same as the frame layer.
Above that layer you just made, using your text tool set to Weltron 24pt, make a line of dots. To do this, you just need to hit Alt+7. Don't make the line too big, feel free to experiment with what size you want.
Rasterize the layer and move it to the top left corner of the tag. Duplicate that line and move it to the bottom right of the tag. Use my tag as a reference.
Activate those two layers and hit Ctrl+G to create a group. Name this group "Line Animation"
Open your animation. Delete the bottom layer. Select all layers and hit Ctrl+G to group the layers. Duplicate group, but find the "Tag" in the dropbox menu and hit ok.
Move that grouped animation above the background layer. Close off all the layers in that group except the bottom one (Frame 2)
At this point, add your copyright information.
Now, find a nice script font. I'm using Shit Happens. Type your name out at 100pt and in the color white. Add a nice dropshadow to it.

If you are not going to animate, save here.

To animate.
Open your Line Animation group. Create another frame in the animation window. In the firt frame, your lines should be where we placed them. In the second frame, move them to opposite ends. So the top one will be at the right and the bottom one will be at the left. You will have to do each layer by itself.
On the first frame, hit the tween button. Tween with next frame and add 18 frames. You should now have 20 frames total.
Now, go back to the first frame and open the group with the other animation. Make sure frame 2 is showing in the first frame. Go to the next frame and close off frame 2 and open Frame 3. Repeat this process going up the frame layers until you do each frame.
Set the display to .1 seconds.
Save for Web and Devices and enjoy!

What you need:
Tube: I'm using the art of Shawli. You can purchase her are here.
Kit: I'm using the kit Hippity Hoppity Easter by JRB Scraps. You can purchase it here.
Animation: I'm using an animation from Lovey. You can find the one I used here.

I assume you have working knowledge of Photoshop. This tutorial was written using CS5.

Open a new image with the dimensions 625x225. Name the image "Tag"
Open Paper2, copy and paste into the new image. Copy and paste your tube above that layer. Name the tube layer "Tube" and the paper layer "Background"
Create a new layer above the tube. Select all>Modify>Border. Make the border 8px. Flood fill that area with a color from your tube. Flood it a few times to get a clean corner.
Now, name that layer "Frame". On the frame, apply noise set at 45%. Make sure it is set to Uniform and the Monochromatic box is ticked. Apply a stroke of 4px in the color white to your frame layer.
Open element20. Copy and paste that above your background layer. Position the eggs to one side and then duplicate. Drag the duplicated eggs to the other side. Merge down so that you only have one layer of eggs.
Duplicate that layer, on the top layer, set the blend mode to screen. Create a clipping mask with the two egg layers and merge together.
Open Element10. Copy and paste it above the background layer. Position it to one side so that only half the petals are showing. Duplicate and move it to the other side, leaving half showing again. Merge down so you have only layer.
Open up Element7. Resize by 70%. Copy and paste it above the Tube layer. Position it in the bottom right corner with just half the bow showing. Duplicate the bow and move it to the other side. Position it so that a little less is showing than the other side. Merge down into one layer. Duplicate that layer and set the blend mode to Screen. Create a clipping mask with the two bow layers and merge those together.
Above your frame layer, add your copyright information. Rasterize that layer.
Now, add your name using the same color you made your frame. Apply the same noise to the name. Then apply the stroke as well, this time only 2px.
If you aren't going to animate, then save now as a .jpg.

If you are going to animate, open up the animation Scrambled Eggs. Delete the credit layer. Select all layers. Hit Ctrl+G to group them together.
Right click and hit duplicate. In the duplicate drop down menu, find "Tag" and then hit ok.
Move the group down above the background layer. Position it so that it's in the space that is open. Use my tag for reference if needed. Set the blend mode of the group to Multiply.
Open the group up and close off all the layers except the first one. Open up your animation window, duplicate frame until you have 18 total.
Here come the fun part. Activate Frame1. Make sure that the Frame one is showing from the group. Now, go to Frame2, and make sure that just the Frame2 layer is showing. Continue this for each frame.
When that part is done, select all frames and set the display to .1 seconds.

What you need:
Template. I'm using number 114 by Simone. You can find it here.
Tube. I'm using the art of Jose Cano. You can purchase his art here.
Filters. You will need DSB Flux-Electrosphere and MezzoForce-Ice. You can find both of them here.
Fonts of Choice.

I assume you have working knowledge of Photoshop. This tutorial was written using Photoshop CS5.

Open the template. Delete the copyright information layer, and open your tube.
Copy and paste the tube above the Frame 1 layer.
Copy and paste the close up above the black layer. Duplicate and move around the tag. Continue to do this until you are satisfied with how the background looks.
When you have that done, merge those close up tube layers together. Set the blend mode to Luminosity. Duplicate the close up layer. On the duplicated layer, set the blend mode to soft light. Apply MezzoForce Ice on the default settings.
Now, merge the Zag layers together into one. Flood fill that layer with a color from your tube. Open your tube or close up, copy and paste it above the zag layer. You may have to do it twice and position them in the framed areas. Merge those tube layers into one.
Create a clipping mask with the tube layer and the zag layer. Set the tube layer to Luminosity and then merge the two together. Merge the Frame layers together. Apply a black stroke of 3px to the frame.

Create three new layers above the zag layer. Name them Ani1, Ani2, and Ani3. Hovering your mouse over the thumbnail of the Zag layer, hold ctrl and click on it.
In your Ani1 layer, apply DSB Flux-Electrosphere. Use whatever settings look coolest. Repeat this for Ani2 and Ani3, changing the settings each time. Set the blend mode on each of those layers to Overlay. You can change the blendmode if you want a different effect. Deselect all.
Group those three layers and name them Animation.

Using a nice fat font, I used Velvenda Cooler, and the color from your tube, type out something under the Zag layer. Make it rather big. Use my tag for reference if needed. (I had mine set to 72px)
Rasterize the type and bring up the layer style window. Set the Fill opacity to 60% and add a nice drop shadow to it.

At this point, add your copyright information above the top layer. Now add your name in a nice script font. I used the color white, but you can use whatever you want.
If you are not going to animate, save here. :)

If you are, open your animate window and get ready for some fun!
Create 4 frames in your animation window by hitting the duplicate frame option. In frame 1, make sure the Ani1 layer is open and the others are closed. In Frame 2, make sure Ani2 is the only one open. In Frame 3, only Ani3 should be showing. In Frame4, we want Ani1 showing.
On Frame1, hit the tween button. We are going to tween with the next frame and add 3 frames. Do this again on Frame 5 and Frame 9. You should have 13 frames at this point. Delete the very last frame so that you now have 12 frames. Set the display time to .1 for all frames.
Save for Web and Devices and enjoy.

What you need:
Tube. I'm using the art of Keith Garvey. You can find his art here.
Kit. I'm using the kit "Over the Rainbow" by giZZy. You can find the kit here.
Font of choice. I'm using Respective.

I assume you have working knowledge of Photoshop. This tutorial was made using CS5.

Open a new image with the dimensions 600x600. Flood fill with white.
Copy and paste your tube into the image. Resize if needed.
Open Element 9. Resize by 80% and copy and paste into the image behind the tube. Rotate it a bit to the left.
Open Element 26. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste it into your image under the tube. Position it so that some of the tube is going back into the frame and some is under the feet of the tube.
Now, open paper 4. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste it under your frame. Position it up a bit so that the sidewalks blend into each other.
Close off all the layers except the frame. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame. Expand by 10 pixels and invert. Activate the paper layer and hit delete. Deselect all.
Activate your sidewalk layer. Using your lasso tool, draw a circle around the back end of the sidewalk. Make sure some of it in the front is not in that circle. Apply a Gaussian Blur of 3 px. Deselect.
Using the lasso tool again, select a smaller area just behind the frame and apply a gaussian blur of 1px. It should make your sidewalk look like it is fading into the background.
Open Element 34. Copy and paste above your sidwalk layer. Position it on the corner on either the left or the right side. Duplicate and move it to the opposite side.
Open Element 31. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste it above your sidewalk layer. Position it so that the sidewalk is leading up to it. Some of the element should be peeking out the top of the frame.
Open Element 23. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste it above your frame layer. Move it to the left so that it looks like it's peeking out.
Create a new layer above your city layer (the layer above the sidewalk) Using your lasso tool, draw out a rough oval. It can't be huge, but make it decent sized. Flood fill that area with white. Deslect. Apply a Gaussian Blure of 20px. Duplicate that layer and then merge the duplicate down. Rename this layer to Animation.
On your animation layer, go to the layer style box. Add an outer glow. Change the color to a gold (color pick from the sidewalk if you want) and set the opacity to 100% and the blend mode to Normal. It should look like a cloud with gold edges. Position it to the right of the image so that it's hanging off a bit. Drop the opacity to 70%.
Add your copyright information and name. If you are not going to animate, close off the bottom layer and save as a .png.

This animation is pretty simple. :D

Create three frames in your Animation window. On the second frame, move the animation layer over to the left. Only do this on the second frame.
Now, go to your first frame. Tween with the next layer and add 7 frames. On frame 9, do the same thing. Go to your last frame (17) and delete the frame.
On Frame 1 and 9, set the display to .5 seconds. On the other frames, set it to .2 seconds.

Save for web and devices and enjoy!

What you need:
Tube. I'm using the art of Rene Kunert. You can purchase her art here.
Kit. I'm using the kit Emolution 4 by Kristin. You can find her kits here.
Font. I'm using I'm Fashionista. You can use whatever you wish though.
Style. You can find the one I'm using here.

I assume you have working knowledge of Photoshop. This tut was written using CS5.

Open a new image with the dimensions of 600x600. Flood fill with white or a color that matches the background of your site.
Copy and paste your tube into the middle of the image.
Open frame 3. Resize by 90%. Copy and paste into your image under your tube. Rotate either direction by 90 degrees.
Now open a paper of choice. I used Paper2. Copy and paste it under your frame. Close off all the layers except the frame. Using your magic wand, click inside of the frame. Modify>Expand by 3px.
Open the background layer, Invert and hit delete. Deselect.
Open the Wire element. Resize by 80%. Copy and paste into your image under the filled in frame layer. Rotate by 90 degrees in either direction.
Now, copy and paste a close up into the image above the frame background. If you need to duplicate it to get it showing what you want behind the tube, do so. Set the blend mode to Luminosity.
Between the close up and background layer, over your mouse and hit Alt, creating a Clipping Mask. Merge those together.
Open the Flame element. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste under the tube layer. Free rotate it a bit. However you think looks best. Position it to the left of the tube, towards the bottom.
Open the Charm element. Resize by 60%. Copy and paste it above the tube layer. Position it around the same area as the flame. Use my tag as a guide.
Open the Knuckles element, resize by 30%. Copy and paste it under the tube layer. Rotate it a bit and position it to the right, use my tag as a guide.
Open the Heart element. Resize by 30%. Copy and paste it above the knuckles. Rotate it and position. Use my tag for help in positioning.
Open the Doodle element. Resize by 60% and copy and paste into the image, above the frame.
Rotate it 90 degrees Clockwise. Position it to the left side of the tube. Add a black stroke of 2px.
Duplicate and flip it horizontally. Apply transformation. Now hit the right arrow key until it's on the other side of the tube lined up how you want it.
Rename those layers Ani1.
Add your copyright info and name. For the name, use a nice bold font. Apply a style from the ones I linked above.
Crop around the image.

If you are not going to animate, close off the white background layer and save as a .png.

If you are feeling brave, let's animate! There are a few steps to do first though.

Select all the layers above your Ani1 layers. Hit Ctrl+G to group them. Now, create a new layer above the close up tube layer. It should fall under the frame.
Using the Rectangle tool, draw out a wide white bar across the top of the close up layer. Make sure some of it is outside the layer a bit.
Apply a gaussian blur of 10 px. Duplicate that layer then merge it down. Apply a gaussian blur of 20px. Duplicate and then merge the duplicated layer down. Apply a blur of 30px. Drag the blur down a bit so a little of the top is peeking through. Set the blend mode to Color.
Name this Ani2. Hover between the Ani2 layer, and the close up layer with your mouse. Hit alt to create a clipping mask.
Here comes the fun part. :D

Close off the right Ani1.

Set up your animation window. Duplicate the frame twice so that you have three frames. On Frame 2, close off the Left Ani1 and open the right one. Drag the Ani2 down to the bottom of the close up layer.
Frames 1 and 3 should be the same.
On Frame 1, hit the Tween button. Tween with next frame and add 5 frames. Now, on Frame 7, do the same thing. Go to frame 13 and delete that frame. On frame 1 and 7, set the display to .5 seconds. On all the other frames, set it to .1 seconds.

Save for web and devices and enjoy!

If you are going to animate, select the layer with your copyright information, hold shift, and then select the layer just above the background. Hit Ctrl+G to group the layers.

Open your animation. Delete the first frame (the one with copyright info) and select all layers. Group them together like we just did on your tag. Resize the image by 50%.
Right click on the group and hit duplicate group. In the menu for that, find your tag in the drop down menu. Hit ok

Drag the group so that it's above the background. Position it to the side of the tube under the arch. Set the blend mode of the animation group to Luminosity. Duplicate the group and move it over to the other side.

set up your animation window, Hit the duplicate frame button until you have 20 frames.
In the first frame, make it so that Frame2 is the only layer showing. Make sure this is the case for both groups of animation. On the next frame, close off the bottom frame and open the next layer up in both groups. Repeat this until you get all of the frames done.

Once you have that done, set the display to .1 seconds for all the frames.
