What you need:

Tube of choice. I'm using the art of Elias Chatzoudis. You can purchase his art here.

Scrap kit: I'm using a FTU kit by Vaybs. You can find it here.

Animation: I'm using an animation by Simone. You can find the one I used here.

I assume you have working knowledge of Photoshop. This tutorial was written using CS5.

Open a new image with the dimensions of 600x250. Name it Tag.

Open your tube. Copy and paste the close up into the tag. Position it how you want.

Duplicate your tube. On the bottom layer, double click and bring up the Layer Style window. Click on the gradient, set it to overlay. Leave the gradient on the basic black to white one.

On the top tube layer, set the mode to multiply. Merge visible.

Open your paper of choice. I'm using Paper9. If you use the same paper, line it up so that some of the skulls are showing. Move the paper so that it's under your tube.

Create a new layer above your tube. Select all, modify, border 8px. Flood fill with a color from your tube. Do this a few times to square it off. Apply noise set to 15%. Apply an outside stroke of 3px in black.

Open Element 46. Copy and paste into the tag above the background layer. Open another paper. I used Paper7. Copy and paste it under the filmstrip.

Close off everything except the filmstrip. Using your magic wand tool (tolerence set to 32), click inside the filmstrip. Click while holding shift down to get all sections showing.

Now, open the layer under your filmstrip. Expand by 5. Invert and on your filmstrip background layer, hit delete. Deselect.

Go back to your tube, copy and paste the full tube under your film strip. Hover your mouse between the tube layer and the film background layer. Hit alt and create a clipping mask. Set that tube to Luminosity. Then merge the tube down to the background.

Using your text tool using a pixel font of your choice (alias set to none), in black, type out the following:

She likes to shake her ass she grinds it to the beat

She likes to pull my hair when I make her grind her teeth

I like to strip her down she's naughty to the end

You know what she is, no doubt about it

She's a bad, bad girlfriend!

Now, rasterize that layer. Duplicate it a few times and position it between the tube and the filmstrip. Use my tag as a guide. Close off all the layers except your text layers. Merge visible. Reopen the other layers.

Open Element73. Resize by 50% and then copy and paste it above your film strip. Rotate it a bit, however much you would like, and position it towards the bottom of the tag.

Add your copyright information above the top layer. Rasterize your type. Remember to credit the lyrics. "Lyrics by Theory of a Deadman"

Now, above your copyright info,in a nice script font, type out your name in the same color you used for your border. Apply an outside stroke set to 2px and the color black. Add a drop shadow if you wish.

If you are not going to animate, save as a .jpg.

If you are, let's clean this up a bit.

Click on your copyright information layer, hit shift and click on the word art layer. You should have highlighted all the layers except your name and the background. Hit Ctrl+G to group the layers up.

Open animation 71. Uncheck all the layers except the bottom one. Select All Layers. Hit Ctrl+G to group them up.

Now, right click on the group and hit duplicate group. In the drop down box, find your tag and then hit ok.

Go back to your tag. Now you can see we have some sparkles. Move that group just above the background layer. Position it behind your close up tube layer.

Now, down in your Animation window, hit the duplicate frame button until you have 31 frames.

Open the animation group. In each frame, open the layer that matches the frame number. Make sure you close off any other layers that are open in each frame. For example, in frame 2, you make sure the Frame1 layer is closed off and the Frame2 layer is open. So on for each layer.

Once you finish that, click on frame 1 in your animation window. Hold shift and click on Frame 31. Right click on the little arrow pointing down and set the delay to .1 seconds.
